It's a fascinating menu and I went with a friend who isn't a fan of sushi so I'm looking forward to going back to try some of the other dishes. The decoration is exceptional and the service was good. It was a bit slow, but very polite. Fuzen is not cheap, but overall I didn't feel ripped off and will definitely return.
