superb coffee shop in the city center. Coffee and eating are really good. the personal is fast and very friendly. the shop is always clean and tidy. itd is located near several parking places and bus / metrolink is close. there is a disabled entrance and facilities. recommend this place for a relaxing coffee. I've always liked Cafe Nero coffee but this shop was underwhelming in terms of cleanliness and decor. Felt like everything was a bit grubby, sticky tables, and an odd layout of places to sit. Friendly staff but not enough to lift this to a four star experience View all feedback.
Nice and quiet today little queue and short wait for everything.
Staff friendly and helpful (5/5). Coffee average (3/5). The whole place needs a deep clean and redecorating. Toilets in particular were filthy and the urinal actually broken.
Care Nero is a popular place. A cozy place with outdoor seating. The drinks and food is a bit pricey in my opinion
Lovely coffees, frappes and muffins. They've also got all sorts of other pastries, but I'm dying for the blueberry muffins which are very delicious.
My name is Paul,l am a regular of 10years.The manageress Magda l've known for that period of time.The standard of the service, coffee is excellent. But the last 2 days,there has been no air-con working.The poor staff are exhausted,the customers including myself are not very happy. The first priority is customers. We will go elsewhere if you don't get it fixed. Thankyou. Just a quick update.Still no air-con.So have started taking my own fan in with me.Using their electric.
