Despite ordering with less notice than recommended, the owner, Bebe, handled everything with clarity and promptness. The Japanese-style strawberry shortcake was delicious and my ultimate favorite cake. It stayed fresh in the fridge for several days, allowing me to enjoy every bite. When I picked up my order, the owner was very kind and even included extra treats like truffles and a biscuit. I will definitely be ordering from Be Sweet Patisserie again in the future. I just need to come up with another reason to treat myself like this again!

I think the cut cakes such as oreo, tiramisu, strawberry, green tea are signatured. From time to time, bebe will trial some new inventions. What you shouldn't miss is to private order a birthday cake or for any event. Just place your request and she'll give you not just a value for money product, but also her passion to food and blessing to you. You can trust the quality of ingredients she used and food hygiene is always extraordinarily high. We'll definitely support this cozy little shop in Sale and Altrincham.

This is not your typical bakery/ patisserie the cakes are japanese and italian influenced, which I find super refreshing and different. I love that Bebe is a perfectionist and is also very versatile with her baking pretty much baking anything and everything. Whenever I order birthday cakes, I usually just outline a few things I want and she will just magically create the perfect cake, often exceeding my own expectations! She often comes up with new and creative recipes i.e mocha cheesecake, unicorn cream cake. My favourites from Be Sweet are the tiramisu mousse cake, chocolate gateau cake, strawberry cream cheese sponge roll and Hojicha tea and caramel Italian buttercream cake (this one is amazing). I also love the macarons from here!! In contrast with your typical french macarons, these are less sweet, with a creamy delicious filling and have a variety of really nice flavours. Love this place!!
