Hungry Hoosier - Trafalgar

After our camping trip, we decided to stop by this restaurant. I absolutely loved the food, the atmosphere, and the prices. The menu offers straightforward, no-frills dishes. The biscuits and pancakes were unbeatable! It was great to see so many locals there, including farmers chatting excitedly about their crops. I truly enjoyed the whole experience.

The kitchen staff did not use hair nets, hats, or gloves. I could observe them from my seat, and I never saw any of the employees wash their hands. Additionally, the kitchen could only manage one table's order at a time, which resulted in a wait of over 25 minutes for my eggs. Having worked in restaurants for years, I understand how they should operate. I would suggest dining here at your own risk.

The fish here is fantastic, and it’s all you can eat for just $9.99, plus the cost of a drink. I tried the cod, while Deb had the catfish, and both were delicious. The coleslaw was also excellent. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The service is top-notch from the moment you step inside. The food has a home-cooked quality that would earn grandma's approval, and the warm, family-friendly atmosphere fills the entire space. Without a doubt, this place deserves a full 5-star rating. You owe it to yourself to experience southern dining at its finest!
