As we both waiting... read more Tonight when I went in it was super busy which was fine. My husband and I had to wait with another couple to be sitting which was fine also. As we both waiting another couple came into the restaurant to be seated and here was my concern. The workeracknowledged them immediately which they didn 't do for my husband and I. The young man shouted out to them and told them theywere gonna have the next table in a minute which I felt over shadow the couple that was there before us and also overovershadowed us as well. I mean I had to stand in line at the registrar to be acknowledged where as the the couple that justwalked in got quickly acknowledged, didn 't stand in line and was told they had a table. I immediately walked up to the youngman, and on my way to him I kept saying excuse me , to the young lady with short blonde hair but she ignored me. I proceeded tomake my way to the young man that promised the the new couple a table within a minute and told him that me and my husband beenwaiting along with another couple. He seemed very frustrated when I told him about our wait and we were all here first. Therewas a bit of attitude and honestly I almost walked out but I decided to tough it out and let my waitress know after we are doneeating and I have to get to work soon. My appetite was a bit spoiled but gosh them fresh spring rolls was so good. Anways afterour meal our lovely waitress informed us that she witness the entire situation with out me telling her yet and gave us discount.I worked in customer service for years and it 's very important to have good human relations skills which she possessed. I wouldadvise a staff meeting about no matter how busy it gets that all customers are important and NOT to over look waiting customersand treat us like we are a burdens because that is how I felt. Thanks to our lovely beautiful waitress she made our experienceso much better. I will come back again and I hope the young staff will not be rude.

It was so tough and chewy, hard to chew and bite on... read more New York steak was horrifying unpleasant. Asked for median came out well done, ask for raw came out median. It was so tough and chewy, hard to chew and bite on so I have to swallow a few pieces. And gave up. Throw away half the steak. I love steak and theonly way you can mess up on my steak is over cooking it. For sure this was not a New York steak. 2nd time here and food has notimproved a bit!

It was verified by their emplo... read more Put in notes for no meat only seafood on the order. We called after ordering and made sure they knew to put no meat only seafood. It was verified by their employees that there would be no meat in it just seafood. When it arrived we seen that therewas meat in it. We called them back and all they had to say was it?s our fault and won?t happen again. This is the 3rd time it?shappen. All I can say is absolutely terrible that you can take all these precautions and they still mess it up.
