I 've found our new 'go to ' place for sushi! We tried Matsuyama on a friend 's recommendation and were not disappointed! We ordered the Rock and Roll, Jungle, and Crazy Monkey rolls. Each was delicious! We 'll definitely be back for our new favorites and to sample their many other creations! View all feedback.
What Yakplanet tv doesn't like about Matsuyama (matsumoto Sushi):
First time at this restaraunt. Got seated right away. The service was fast. Gracious people great atmosphere. But the food came out. No flavor watery rice. Too huge for a single bite. Everything fell out while I tried taking my first bite. Rice was too wet and thick had a hard time swallowing and trying to eat my first bite. We usually go to their spot in Discovery Bay, but with DB closed Monday? Gave Tracy a shot and we were NOT disappointed! We were very happy Tracy had the same Fresh, high quality fish and all out favorites from the same menu.
Yamachikama tastes good and big slice. A little bit pricey. Parking: Next to gas station

I ordered the red dragon roll and it was pretty good. The service was very responsive and they were happy to help us even though we showed up only 30 minutes before closing. I’d go back and try other rolls.
