Costco Food Court - Tracy

Costco is an excellent wholesale store. It's the most wonderful season of the year, and that festive spirit is certainly present in Costco. During my visit, I was pleased to find that there was no wait to enter the store. They are requiring members to wear masks for everyone's safety. The store was clean and well-maintained. Although it was busy, items like toilet paper and bottled water were quickly running low again. Their roasted chicken is delicious and very reasonably priced, though it tends to sell out fast, so you might have to wait for it. Additionally, their signature bakery items are fantastic, and they offer one of the best cheesecakes at a great price. Overall, this store is wonderful—the staff is friendly, and they work efficiently to check you out quickly.

It wasn't as busy as I expected. I needed to return something, and I didn't have to wait long at all. The employee was very attentive and handled everything smoothly, even when I asked if I could get a new card since mine was all faded. I give that employee 5 stars!

I shop at Costco a lot every one of them is clean good customer service. The manager Mike is awesome! But for the first time today I ran into the rudest customer service representative I've ever come across her name was Jasmine or Jazzy not sure. You should really have a talk with this girl. She was snotty and the worst customer service I've ever had.

Costco in Tracy was a little busy considering the holiday shopping time, but it was well organized and clean, with plenty of merchandise, even toilet paper!! Thank you Costco team members for your work and help, God bless you and Merry Christmas.

You can never go wrong with Costco. It's usually busy, but they offer affordable gas and have a fantastic selection of products.
