Went to Chili's for the first time in a long time. Food was good. We had appetizers, which were half off all day Sunday. We had boneless wings, big mouth bites and eggrolls. Food was cooked to order, which I find doesn't always happen at these chain places. Service was good. The steak was awful ! It was tough and not cooked properly. The broccoli was even worse than the steak some how it was disgusting, there was not even salt on it and defintely not cooked for the right amount of time . I worked at a chilis before and know the correct way it's supposed to have been made and severely disappointed with the money I spent . View all feedback.
Since I had to give 1 star, who would be a star for the drink, the brisketquesadillas ordered. Once it came, I noticed that they don't look at attraction. I've examined and asked if the cook made a mistake because they don't look like the menu. super tiny, barely meat and burned. the answer was: “These are quesadillas and they should be small.” I don't send back any food, but the answer was terrible and they were evil. he called the manager and also said that they look like that. what a sweat. I didn't expect to gourmet, but that was terrible. will not be back to this place.
I love chilis in tracy ca! we are here once a week. great price, great food, great service. (we always eat in the bar area, ana is so friendly and personal. great at her job. highly recommended tracy chilis 100%
Service was great and the food was delicious and made exactly how I requested. The kids enjoyed the color crayons and activity sheets . Steak was so tender and juicy. I’m at a Chili’s every week.
It was busy but I only saw the waiter to take our order and after he saw me paying. He did spend time at other tables. Food was good.
The upkeep of the restaurant is below par and the alcohol selection was underwhelming. So much so that I had gone through few rounds selecting different options when I was told what I was selected wasn't there. The margarita that was served was the most sugary we had in a long time. The food quality wasn't good as well. I have been to Chilli's before at different locations and the experience was far better than this location. I hope the other locations continue to provide a good experience.
