Amazing Kitchen - Tracy

My husband and I are so obsessed with this place. The food is so amazing! We have tried so many delicious items on the menu that the list would be too long to list. We always try something new each time. You can't do wrong with anything on the menu. We always get the Broccoli Beef, Dry Braised Green Beans, Garlic Fried Rice, and any of the salt and pepper items. The green chilies that are cooked in garlic on the salt pepper Items are the perfect kick of heat and flavor. We literally want to eat here weekly. We always get extra so we have leftovers for the next day. Yum!!!!

Finally found great Chinese in Tracy . Fresh, hot even after dasher did another stop needed that Wor Wonton Soup soo good.. will order again

The salt and pepper chicken here is always outstanding! I absolutely love this place. I usually have to drive to the Bay Area to find authentic Chinese food, but I think I've discovered my new favorite spot!

The potstickers were decent but not memorable enough for me to recommend to my friends. The Hong Kong Style Pan Fried Noodles were underwhelming—I had to add extra vegetables and leftover meats to make it better. They definitely skimped on the meat in the broth, but I can see why, considering their inventory costs. On the bright side, the noodles were quite good, so I’m giving the restaurant 3 stars.

Finally, a restaurant that is truly worth every penny! After years of searching for a good Chinese place since leaving the Bay Area, I’m thrilled to have found this one. Everything was incredibly fresh, especially the vegetables, and was served hot! It's clear they don't use frozen, canned, or outdated ingredients. I'm especially delighted because my kids are all vegetarian, and it's often disheartening to pay a lot for vegetables that are clearly old or frozen. Amazing Kitchen lives up to its name, and I will definitely be returning many times!
