It is a shop that goes several times a year. I am inspired by the Jiro system, and it offers original menu from there. Miso taste is easy to eat. However, it is a bit faty feeling. The oodles and soups are not subtlely matched. In addition, it is unfortunate that the amount of vegetables is large even if it increases.
