I used to love visiting this store as it was full of bright and happy people. Unfortunately that had changed of late. I love the food but the quality and quantity is not consistent. Having a slightly healthier option is a blessing and appreciated. I support the cause and love feeling that I may be helping someone get a meal, which makes up for the cost of the food. We love coming here when we visit from Home Hill as Kingpin bowling and the Donut shop is next door. I'm devastated to learn that Brayden who we consider the heart and soul and vibrancy of this particular establishment will be leaving soon. He has always served us with complete dedication and passion, he's so fast honestly and he clearly loves what he has done for many years with knowledge off the charts. I ordered through DoorDash and specifically requested no guacamole or corn, and I wanted tomato salsa and jalapeños instead. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to avocado, and my nachos came with both guacamole and corn, but I didn't receive the jalapeños or tomato salsa at all. Today I have experienced the most frustrating things when dining out when I received very less food than what I was expecting, especially when it's served in a large bowl. The bowl was half emptied.We asked her to fill the bowl but she didn’t.. It's even worse when I am paying a price for a large bowl. Fantastic customer service! I placed an order through Menulog, which turned out to be a bit problematic. When I called about my significantly delayed order, the staff at Cannon Park were incredibly helpful. They updated me on the delivery time and even remade my food just before it was sent out.
