Not usually a coffee shop person, but very enjoyed my time here. Good company, and there was a small mistake with the order. Surprisingly, it was fixed restlessly and better still the faulty bit was released. Simple enough, but makes a big impact on customer satisfaction. I also tell everyone about it, free and good advertising. Kudos. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Coffee Club Willows:
The only problem was cleanliness. Since last year it has become worse in the domain branch. The food is excellent and the staff behavior is great, but some tables and, for example, aprons of employees who serve at the tables were dirty. I still like the restaurant. View all feedback.

It's hard to get a table at the weekend, so I would suggest the booking. Had Brunch here and had paid the criminal burger instead of relishing I extra for hollondaise sauce. It was really delicious and filled. I ordered a dirty chai for me who was absolutely disgusting. Unbelievable. The Chai powder tasted just like cinnamon and not even a beautiful cinnamon taste. Coffee was burned. And the extra simple cinnamon (no cinnamon sugar) made it even more bitter. They offer free baby chinos with any purchase that for my daughter who loved it. My daughter ordered the sunny side eggs on white toast. Eggs were not runny and would not look as class as sunny side upwards as if they were cooked in an Eikocher. It's super loud inside as you have to scream to have a conversation, so not the biggest atmosphere when busy. Service was ok, but we didn't get spoons with our coffees or baby chino to ask them. Also no cutlery / napkin with my meal. Overall not the greatest experience. Maybe you'll come back for a cold drink, cake and sit out next time.

It’s a bit different to my Coffee Club. For starters you order before you sit. I found one worker there not really taking much care in customers I think she might of been the boss/ owner. She told me to sit and someone would take my order, that never happened. They might of been busy, but you should have this down pat. And in no way busy or not, stand there and talk to someone you know if a customer is waiting on you to ask for something on the menu. There were a few things not right, I only point out 2 things here. Coffee was nice .
Ordered the meaty mushroom grilled flatbread, had 3 morsels of mushroom and hardly any salad inside. So little inside it that the filling was only in the middle and the edges where crunchy flat bread. The side salad was made up of 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half, one 2cm piece of red onion and 4 bits of lettuce smothered in dressing. For $15.50.. not worth the money, especially when coffee club usually does a good job this time round was not the case at all. I wanted to tell a staff member but they all seemed inexperienced and the kitchen was flat out. Please be mindful of what you make and present to your customers even if you’re busy.
