the day was exciting, it would have been good to see the melbourne cup on TV, but no! eating was a lot, but cake melted in the 33c heat, so not edible. no maintenance in quarkerdeck thi ville townsville. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Quarterdeck:
Dropped by for lunch, had the raspberry vinaigrette oysters and bug prawn sliders. The positive- great service, food was fast and the vinaigrette was pretty good. The negative- the oysters were quite bland, almost a bitter note and full of grit. The slider's bug and prawn filling was fantastic however the bread was stale. Overall not a bad meal but by no means close to worth what you pay View all feedback.

Wednesday 29 at 16:26,,, order 2 pizzas with a friend, arrived late and the base was not full cooked. When to ask the chef to please give me a take away container, he send me to the bar, asked to a bartender that she send me to talk to another bartender to finally say to me that they don’t have take away container. Customer service definition: “the assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services” Definitely this place need to work more on that.
Love the Quarter Deck! Best place in Townsville for a few drinks and a feed the atmosphere and views are stunning. The Poké peel and sweet potato wedges were so good. The chicken parmi was over boiled, but still delicious. The staff is a friendly perfect place to celebrate with friends and family both during the day and late in the night.
Nice place to eat and chat with friends and family. Loves the open space and the view of the sea. I ordered the Calamari, who was delicious, came with a rocket salad and aioli. For the main I ordered the parmi, which came nicely with the beer bestreuted chips and a rocket salad with assorted veg, which was a nice companion to the heavy protein dish. My wife rarely ordered the dry aged steak in a medium she said was devine . Overall a very pleasant dinner. Even if your ever at the bar make sure you are looking for Matt as he was very passionate to make our drinks and took the time and effort into our drinks that would make him a fantastic Mixologist 10/10 again.
Would like to say well done to the chef. Haven’t had a good experience with the food for sometime but last night for dinner 1st sept all meals at our table were top notch… fresh, tasty and well presented… kudos to all and staff were extremely friendly… yummo
