Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

While I am an infrequent visitor to McDonald's Family Restaurants, except when taking the grandchildren out for breakfast, I am reasonably familiar with the quality of food offered and the prices for most items. I recently visited a supermarket at Thuringowa Village and decided to have lunch at the Mcdonald's outlet there instead of having to cook at home.I ordered a gourmet truffle cheese burger with fries and a drink and was advised to find a table and the meal would be delivered to me. A friendly waitress delivered the fare and I was surprised to find that the gourmet bun was served on a polished wooden board. The fries were nestled in a paper cup in a stainless steel cage. The meal was accompanied by a bundle of serviettes, two sealed cleansing towels and a fancy drinking straw.I perused a copy of the local newspaper which was available from a nearby rack while having a leisurely lunch. I enjoyed the experience so much that I returned the utensils to the servery making it known to the staff that I was most impressed with the service.

Filled my 2 girls, my son in-law and grandson, as never have food rejection which is good with children. No crazy Chilli dishes like some food jionts I lke

We wanted a quick lunch and we knew maccas was the place to get it and still have all the ammedities.

North Ward McDonald's Townsville Drive thru. Ordered a large quarter pounder meal.. Got home and ate in front of the TV watching a movie. (So it was dark) took a bite out of my burger and realised something wasn't right.. Low and behold.. The meat patty was red raw! And I'd already swallowed some! I called the store, and the lady told me I had to drive back and they'd replace or refund my meal. Didn't apologise.. Didn't care. May never eat McDonald's again! (Not that it would be a bad thing)

The food is just like and McDonalds food. The reason why I am giving it a terrible experience is because the way the Owner went about me walking my bike into the shop just before midnight due to a group of younger teenagers loitering outside. I did not ride the bike in, there were no customers in the shop and the floor was filthy due to the shop undergoing renovations. I walked in asked the worker at the counter if it was okay and then was yelled at from the other side of the shop my the owner while he sat on his fat #** in a bobcat.I think the way he went about it was disgusting and unreasonable.
