This was an amazing experience to be here and the staff went out of there way to help us...they made the tastiest coffees and burgers and the fries were hot and fresh and were so pleasant and the restaurant was a pleasure to be in eating View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about McDonald's:
You know what to expect and this one has no real difference to the rest of the chain. Undergoing some renovations at the moment, but does not impact too much on the dining. It has a McCafe that had a couple of tempting specials when I was there. The most disappointing this was that the normal McDonalds free wifi was not functioning. View all feedback.
Ordered 1chai latte, 2 soft serves, and 2 sundaes. After 15 minutes of waiting, went to the counter to follow up order only to find out that they forgot to serve it. Chai latte is all froth only 3 sips and that’s for a medium cup.
Glass or glass like substance found in burger meat, cut my sons mouth and tongue. When I called the store and asked to speak to the manager/supervisor she was too busy finding it funny . I sent photos and never received a response.
Went to buy a Cowboys Burger ......can anyone spot what is missing? For those of poor sight, it’s missing the BUNS! The staff found it funny and even tried to convince me I had ordered it without buns. No I did not! It is not, as far as I am aware, even an option! I demanded my money back and I did receive a refund. Now, looking at these pictures just make me feel ill and I don’t want to eat there anymore.
McDonalds The Lakes Townsville has the WORST customer service, the staff are so rude. The staff need training in customer service and cleaning the place is FILTHY.
Ordered two cheeseburgers. Didn’t get cheese, a pickle, barely any sauce too. Forgot my extra sauces that I paid for. The thing was barely edible. Got food poisoning subsequent to eating here. Go to the one in Rasmussen 100x better.
