Hungry Jack's - Townsville

After a 10 minute wait with 3 people ahead of us. The first was been served. Drive-thru seemed to be their focus. One manager working on drive-thru orders another manager working on paperwork out the back. Two more managers sitting in the restaurant doing computerwork. As the gentleman ahead of me approacheď the register the operator stopped serving to serve up the orders she had taken, waiting on burgers and fries. While giving out drinks from previous orders she was asked for another cup after rolling her eyes she gave them two cups. When I finally gave my order that contained ice cream I was not told that I could pick up the ice cream after we had eaten the hot food. The same occurred when I picked up the order. I tried to have the soft drink changed to soda water were I was informed that they did not have soda water (so I don't know how they are able to make soft drink). As we sat and ate our lunch the same young lady who served me was wiping down tables, one of those had a small spill which she neglected to wipe up. It was a half hearted job she obviously did not want to be there. No name tag was visible. The food was good however we will not return.

This Hungry Jacks was the best ever. Friendly staff & store was extremely clean. Service was fast & efficient.

Went here to get a late night feed after a Cowboys home game (#ridemcowboys), and the place was quite busy but not packed (full drive thru and about 8 in store). We had to wait 45 minutes to be served although our food was ready about 5 minutes after that. We could see that they were very understaffed and under pressure but an apology would have been appreciated. Food was average as the burgers we got looked thrown together as much of the filling was more in the wrapper than on the bun. Maybe they need to consider putting on more staff when there is a NQ Cowboys home game so that service can be more efficient.

Needed a quick bite so dropped in and grabbed a few burgers, some fries and a frozen Coke. Staff always friendly and place is always clean.

We had a late night snack at Hungry Jack's at Willows and the place was clean and the food was hot it was only 8pm and the place was not crowded.
