Contribute FeedbackAt this Townsville hotel and restaurant, guests experience a mixed bag of service and culinary offerings. While many diners rave about the excellent steaks and friendly staff, particularly a standout named Bianca, others report inconsistencies in menu availability and overall dining experience. Despite some criticisms of rudeness from staff during events and outdated accommodations, the quality of food generally impresses. The establishment's convenient location and clean, spacious rooms appeal to visitors, although some areas require maintenance. Overall, it’s a place where good service and tasty food shine, even if the atmosphere occasionally falls short.
Bad food ever! bad service, tasteless eating. they give our orders to a false table. will never go back.
I like this pub, he's a great place and had such great live bands. Today I had a glass of wine that cost $10.50. it was nice, but when I went o dan murphys to buy a bottle, it costs $11.00 I understand that markings are necessary, but far away for a glass to almost the cost of a bottle equal! That's ridiculous.
Man and I decided to celebrate our new jobs, and we never go out. well, we will never go back we waited for an hour for our eating and we paid $40 only for my meal steak and chips, good. more
Found the staff very helpful mentioned a improvement on the menu and it was dully noted.
Went to the dally for dinner tonight. food was pretty much inedible and one meal had a hair in it. mentioned to wait staff and was ignored. won't be back
