Gentleman in the drive thru was very nice, quick, and efficient. The food was great! He made a comment about his daughter having matching glasses and he said my name on my name tag was interesting? very observant and nice guy! View all feedback.
What Cindy Taylor doesn't like about Pretzel Stop:
Service terrible because they’re understaffed. Had a pick up order All those people in there and no runners. Long line unnecessaryShe said it was because you were short staffed nothing about registers breaking. When preorder for birthdays it would be nice to have a runner since there’s all those staff all standing around View all feedback.

Mixed thoughts, but their reply speaks volumes. I took 6+ trips before leaving an honest review. So I made adjustments to seem less like a competitor, which I didn't even know there was one.First visit was amazing, but the CHICKEN salad bun was extremely cold, not frozen, but absolutely not thawed to a chewy fashion. The cinnamon bites tasted oddly disgusting, as if the oil was dirty or their cinnamon was coated in expired fennel. Never tasted ANYTHING like it. We tried to discuss this the first visit, but they don't pay attention to doors or answer their phone. They expect us to wait in line for our dissatisfaction. So we just won't get them ever again.Second visit was FIRE, I mean soooo incredibly amazing. The next couple visits were filled with happiness, but inconsistent amounts of unsalted pretzel bites. We drive a long way, so to us, consistency is key.Beyond food, the hours make zero sense. 7am-6pm? But Sunday it's 5pm! And Monday it's NOpm. The 6pm kills us. (That said, I'm huge believer in owners setting what works for them. So, I'm not complaining, just making it VERY clear this is not a drive-thru you run to when you have a craving. It's a check-before-you-go, planned visit eatery that happens to offer curbside service through a window.)Oh, and I don't love the size options for unsalted pretzel bites though. But otherwise, it's GREAT, as I said.
Pretzel stop has the best burger in the area and the potatoe casserole side is excellent. Super great smoothies as well. Kids options are also great! Only downside is drive through only but there is plenty of parking space if you want to stop and eat
Always great to stop by Pretzel stop, delicious food! Just get there before they close as they do close sooner than other fast food places. Parking: Odd entrance for this business. You would almost miss it from the Wendy's side as there is a large bush in the way. When people leave this business, pay attention to this area so you don't get into an accident. I've had a few close calls exiting PS.
