What Ray doesn't like about Erio's:
The food gave me food poisoning when I tried to eat the leftovers the day after I had visited the restaurant. Also the food is very pricey and you certainly don't get what you pay for. View all feedback.
Walked in at 8:35 pm on a a Tuesday restaurant closes at 9 pm. Hostess seats us gives us menu’s and asks elegant we would like to drink. We look at the menu and male comes out and tells us “we shut the ovens off 15 minutes ago.” We look at the man and said the lights are on that signifies that the were still open! He said well it shouldn’t be on we said well it is so you don’t need or want our business? He said like I said we are closed. So we left and won’t be back. Now I must say there was an Erios in Woodson Terrace “Family Owned “. We miss them. Thought we found a new favorite. Not so much!
Travel on into an immersion of dining excellence almost as if you're in a part of Italy you would like to know or remember. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a staff member who will do there best to get you seated in a timely manner, meeting your needs/accommodations. The waiters and waitresses are very pleasant, smiley and knowledgeable of the menu. The food at Erio's is excellent, cooked with care and made to your specifications. If you want an ice cold beer while you dine in, they have that and are very quick with getting you another if you want it, when you're finished/near done with your prior. I've been in as a single man a few times and was treated with respect, they paid attention to my order, the staff was helpful and made sure everything was how I wanted it cooked and brought out. I think it would make as a great date night spot, wether you've been married a long time or if it were a first date. Though, you can't put a price on a meal that hits the spot of your Italian or part Italian family ancestry; I think they are very reasonable with what they ask for what they are offering. It reminds me of our home-cooked meals we had when my grandmother would cook Italian for everybody. Those memories of everybody in my family happy, together, enjoying themselves being brought back are something I love about this place. Thanks for being absolute dynamite around in this area!
Called for take out Saturday evening about 7:15 pm. We were told to pick it up at 8:00 . Picked the food up and my wife decided to make sure we had everything. We were missing a pizza. They cooked the pizza and we wait about 35 minutes. When we finally got home . The other meals were cold. I’ve been ordering The spaghetti and sausage meal forever. I was surprised to see that the The spaghetti was now angel hair spaghetti that was clumped up in balls, and there was barely any spaghetti sauce on there. We’ve been going to this restaurant for years and have come to expect a better meal than what we got. What has changed there?
Nestled in the heart of St.peters, Erio’s Restaurant is a hidden gem that offers an unparalleled dining experience. As a small, family-owned restaurant, it radiates warmth and charm the moment you step through the door. The food is simply amazing.
