If I could negative stars I would. The worker had no personality, didn't great us, didn't say much at all. There was literally no one there and the place was a mess. Flies all around the fountain drinks, dirty tables, they dont cover the food or condiments. Lettuce was brown but worst of all I got food poisoning. Great service and friendly staff. Clean place not sure if sanitary but I do find it a little odd that none of the food is ever covered it's left out to wilt and dry. Would not recommend lettuce or spinach for these reasons. Also flies can land on the food if uncovered....
I think this is one of the better subways. The 2 new employees are incredibly attentive and clearly care about their customers, especially Rich! 5 stars bud
Honestly I don't leave reviews often and am not one to ever complain about restaurant service but this place is ridiculious. Had many problems with it lately since it's been under new management and there's was problems with the old management too. They always close early, sometimes an hour before the website says. I wish they would either stay open as late as they're supposed to or change their listed hours. One of the male employees that runs it is pretty rude most of the time. I'll call them and ask about why they close early and they'll lie and say that if the website says we're open, we're open. I wish it would get shut down or put under management that knows how to do their job and work with people. The worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. Unbelievable.
First of all, nearly all the ingredients were left uncovered and exposed to the air. There were at least 20 or more little fruit flies and black flies buzzing around. When the employee started making my sandwich, he stopped to prepare my girlfriend’s order, and during that time, one of the black flies landed right on my sandwich. He was very apologetic and mentioned that he didn’t know where the flies were coming from, but I could tell him: it’s the end of summer, and they come in every time the door opens. Plus, all the meats, vegetables, cheeses, guacamole, tuna, and everything else was left uncovered. I honestly can’t fathom how no one has gotten sick from this place, and I am appalled. While the employee was very professional and polite, it’s clear that someone is not doing their job properly. If I were Subway, I wouldn't want my name associated with this franchise.
