The coffee is consistently good, and most employees are friendly. However, the dining room is often messy with trash on the floor and at the counter. There is usually a long wait for just one coffee. It's difficult to find properly labeled food, which can be problematic for those with allergies. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, but they barely put any on - just in the middle of the bagel.
