Wheelchair accessibility: Wonderful place. My milk i ordered wasn't cold. I didn't notice it, but the young lady did and asked if she could exchange it for one that was.food was excellent in my standards, and the young lady went above and beyond any other place we visited. I will definitely Go back to this establishment. It's All ground floor and easily wheelchair accessible. View all feedback.
What Emily Taggart doesn't like about Arby's:
We stopped in on a Monday afternoon , the drive through line wrapped around the building so we went inside, the staff were all fighting with one another. One of the staff in the back kept threatening to quit. Multiple staff were swearing. They couldn’t keep track of orders. Ordered the French dip and it's the second time they didn't send the dip sauce. They don't answer the phone so you can complain. Very poor service.
The amount of hustle and attention to detail in this Arby’s is superb, they should pay their employees double!!
They would have scored higher if they didn't forget the condiments.
Ordered the 2 for $6 fish sandwiches. The tartar sause was excessive, causing the bun to be soggy and messy to eat. Did not finish the sandwiches.

Have never experienced such a scene or poor customer service even in a fast food restaurant
