Dunkin' - Town of Tiverton

Stopped at this dunkin early morning at 615am . Got a coffee and donut . All was good, and it didn't take long in drive through 2 car in front of me .5.star that timeThe 2nd time 2 in front of me took 9 mins. I only got 2 donuts, and they only got no star they were hard as a rock . Maybe under staffed or SOMETHING .DID NOT EAT THEM . SO I WASTED 10 MINS AN 4$ .COIN FLIP IF I GO BACK AGAIN . Averaged 3 star .

I don’t know who the owner of this franchise is but, the service is literally the worst in the tristate area. If you go here plan on waiting 45 minutes inside, as they will prioritize “Pick-Up” orders over you at a severity of 100 to 1. Even your employees are unhappy! ? One Business Professional to another, find new leadership.

The staff doesn’t know how to efficiently do anything. They barely can handle drive thru and completely neglect mobile orders which should be the easiest of things. They prioritize walk ins and people who order mobile are stuck just waiting. An hour after ordering and still my things aren’t ready mind you it’s two simple coffees and two donuts not rocket science.

They shortchanged me five dollars went back and they said that on camera but there was no mistake giving I took the money I folded it inside. The receipt came home and it was no five dollars so either she’s keeping the five dollars or she don’t know what she’s doing. I will never go back to that again.

Guys it's a Dunkin donuts. Just get ur coffee and go. If you are looking at reviews of Dunkins before going to one....then I envy your free time. Caramel frozen coffee all the way so damn good.
