Aversano's Catering Pizzeria

The meal started with great drinks. It was busy but we had to wait for water. 15 minutes into the time we arrived. I asked for gluten free pasta with my gluten free meal. I looked over and saw generous portions of meals with pasta. My meal arrived chicken franchise with a side of pasta in a large bowl with red sauce. I. asked for franchise gluten free sauce. The original bowl was large. After 20 minutes, the scant portion of pasta arrived in a finger bowl! It was absolutely inedible. the pasta was undercooked and had a sauce that tasted like oil and grease. . One of the 5 servers offered desert , as a compensation, which clearly I can’t eat.. . Nice but inappropriate for my dietary concerns. I would suggest they either understand gluten free, including celiac disease, or just don’t cater to this population. I left hungry and disappointed.

I ordered take out. My husband was extremely disappointed. He had just came back from a 6 hour flight and we wanted take out. I got a salad and told the guy medium well. I didn't think to check the steak but I guess I should have. I thought we were all set. My chicken parm was only sub par. My husband NEVER complaints. He was extremely dissatisfied to come home and see a RAW steak salad. He was so upset he called and complained. I got my money back for the salad but seriously telling someone that got take out to cook the steak? After he got back from an exhausting plane ride? SERIOUSLY? Thats why we got TAKE OUT. so we didnt have to COOK!! My chicken Parm was edible but felt like they threw a piece of cheese and threw a TON of sauce on it. Heres a tip, stick to just pizza coming here because thats the only thing thats worth paying the prices.

Great food and the ricotta cheesecake is to die for.

I noticed that people of color do not get the same treatment. Left sitting for 30 mins at a time before being able to order, did not get bread offered refills etc, had to ask to order many times..people were rude and acted like we were not there. They went out of their way to help others while we were ignored. We felt very uncomfortable, will not be back and won't recommend it.

Aversano's phenomenal catering service did not disappoint for the recent Officer's Dinner held at our club. Each entree was prepared to perfection and received rave reviews from our members and guests.Already looking forward to our next event and the wonderful choices that Aversano's offers!
