What Mitch Prophet doesn't like about Holy Smoke Bbq And Catering:
We upgraded to prime rib for our wedding and we were not served prime rib. It was a shredded pc of meat. I’ll put my money it was chuck roast. You CANT shred a prime rib. It’s not a shred-able pc of meat. I called after and gave him my concerns and he told me he had two weddings that day and he is trying to do this out in a field with no kitchen. What a cute place! Staff were so friendly and it had such a nice ambiance to it. I looooved the food, big portions for a great price! You can tell they spend all night cooking and making sure it's perfect! There's lots to do in the area as well so definitely worth the stop! View all feedback.
