Sonic Drive-in - Town of Richfield

Just went through drive thru and the manger Alexis Lexi was super rude! Didnt know #29 was out of service there I called sonic to ask if someone was going to take my order super nicely Again not knowing #29 was out of service, the manger Alexis Lexi on the 2:30 pm shift told me really rude that it was out of service I’m never welcome there ! All I went was to have lunch NOT KNOWING I was parking on a broken one !! She was super rude about it could’ve told to me nicely to go to another one !

Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Staff are rude and incompetent. The food was just thrown together in the bag and the drink flavors didn't taste right because they didn't put enough syrup in it.

I was very happy with the service and my food. I will be coming back. Bri has good customer service as well as Cavahn

They made me a perfect custom drink. I got a lemonade slush with crunchy ice topped with vanila ice cream. I ate crunchy lemon ice cream all the way to the bottom of my large drink. It was all that I was hoping for. I'm hooked!

The staff did not respond to the drive-in or drive through. I waited for several minutes at both sections. Other people experienced the same and left.
