Panera Bread - Town of Orchard Park

Stop to get a special coffee, espresso machine was down. That's just the reason I don't give them 5 stars. I have bought to Asian Sesam Salad (was so delicious! Also home an Asiago Focaccia 3 chocolate crossants. The Focaccia was deliciously warmed up to go w/home made lasagna. The crossants, so airy the chocolate cream was light, very delicous! Will definitely come back when I'm in the area!!

The food was very good; but the portions were smaller than expected.

I love this Panera in Orchard Park. I enjoy sitting outside, surrounded by flowers. It's beautiful. The food is also delicious. Everything we ordered here was great. I can't wait to go back!

Panera is always a great spot to grab a quick lunch. I love that you can make it healthy. This review is for the amazing customer service I have had at this location though ... Gena is the happiest, friendliest employee at Panera. The last two times I ordered/picked up at this location, I interacted with her and was blown away by bright, shiny personality. I also saw how well she interacted with other workers and customers. She was so quick to offer help bringing food to tables and running out meals to pick-up orders despite the freezing cold temps. If you need a good mood boost, stop at this Panera for a bite and maybe Gena will be there to put a smile on your face.
