Charlie Riedel's Fast Food

My Charlie Plate was super huge and absolutely amazing! The Mac salad was fresh and delicious! I can't wait to get my next one! Took 3 days to eat the last one!

Not the prettiest dinning room. Bit the best wings I have ever had. And I am a huge wing person. Hamburgers,plates, real shakes and fish fries all all must tries.

Food and service was great. Could use some remodeling.

Big disappointment with my cheeseburger, IT was paper THIN, THE BUN WAS HUGE,BURGER WAS OVER COOKED, VERY DRY ..THEY DO NOT DISCOUNT FOR SENIORS OR VETERANS. LADIES BEHIND THE COUNTER WERE EXTREMELY LOUD CHATTY!WE WERE ONLY ONES IN RESTAURANT AT 4:35 PM.NO CUSTOMERS.MADE US WONDER WHERE'S THE CUSTOMERS. ??.THE PLACE SMELLED AS IT HAD A MUSTY SMELL,NOT A GOOD FOOD SMELL.FIRST TIME BACK HERE TODAY SINCE THE OTHER BROTHER/OWNER RAN THIS LOCATION.It's been several years ago since we came back here to see if it improved.We were disappointed to say the least.The paper plate was thicker than the burger on the bun. Sadly...We will Not be returning...This was at the location on Rte.104 in Ontario,n.y.

I explained beforehand that I cannot have dairy, she explained that nothing had dairy in it after I received my food and went home I smelled the dairy in it, I called back and asked and suddenly the lady wasn't sure and now and then asked a question to find out if there's dairy in it and it does. Then she says she has other customers and she's too busy and I can come back and get something else and hung up. The webster location is much better
