Had the lobster rolls. They were served cold and the bread was too thick. No flavor, disappointed. However, the crab cake was good. Son had the lemon chicken which melts in your mouth. Definitely have to make reservations otherwise you will have to wait hours. Always a good sign of excellent food. Expensive. Not enough parking View all feedback.
What Pikka doesn't like about Bleu Lounge Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews:
A Modern-American restaurant that you should make reservations for if you want a great dining experience. The filet is probably the best thing on the menu. The oysters were rinsed and tastless, and the dry-aged ribeye was not worth the money. Good flavors, but not great for the price tag. View all feedback.
My husband and I shared our anniversary at Bleu last night which is the first time we ever dined there. I had a sunny side up burger and my husband had salmon and we both agreed the food was very good. However, I don't know that we will return again because the wooden chairs were very outdated but more importanly very uncomfortable. They do have a few booths with some padding on the seats but all the chairs should be padded.
Food was outstanding but service was far below average.
Absolutely disappointed in our experience today. I made a reservation, we arrived 4 minutes early. The place wasn't busy, there was a party and one person at the bar. My husband and I sat there for over 15 minutes waiting on a server. Just to acknowledge our presence and order drinks. The waiters on staff were joking around with each other and clearly not busy. The lack of service was beyond acceptable. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone in the future.
Probably the best meal I've had in a restaurant in a long, long time. I had the Duarte Salmon and my wife had the striped bass special. And then I finished it off with the goat cheese cheesecake. All simply amazing. Cool place as well.
One of the Top 3 fine dining restaurants from Green Bay to Oshkosh. I'm a food snob that has traveled the world extensively and lived in Chicago for 20 years. Bleu consistently kills it in quality, consistency, flavor combination/complexity, service, presentation, and overall experience. Keep up the great work!
