My family and I celebrated my Mother's 70th and my brother's 40th birthdays at the Whiteface Lodge. We wanted to have a special dinner for 8 in our room and Charlie did an amazing job creating the menu. The food and presentation were perfect. I highly recommend him and will definitely use his services for our next special occasion.

We discovered Charlie and the Chair 6 team while searching for a caterer for my mom's 60th birthday party. We were absolutely impressed by the delicious food and great experience they provided. We enjoyed their services so much that we hired them again for my sister's rehearsal dinner welcome party the following year. Needless to say, Chair 6 will be our first choice for all future family events. Don't forget to try the meatball slider - it's a must-have!

We have hired Charlie for two consecutive years for New Year's Eve, and he is undoubtedly the best chef ever! The food is definitely worthy of a 5-star rating, and the service, from setup to cleanup, is amazing. We highly recommend him.

We asked for a menu that highlighted the season and the Adirondack region, and he certainly delivered. Charlie and his assistant arrived right on time and provided a delicious meal for our guests. They helped to create a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, set the tables beautifully, paced each course perfectly, and created an absolutely delicious and special meal that we are still talking about almost a month later.
