Applebee's - Town of Henrietta

I come here regularly to celebrate birthdays with my family and we always have a great time. The dishes and drinks are great, and we always had incredible service. In recent months, it has become more busy due to short staff, but I have no complaints. The few minutes waiting is worth it if you have friendly, helpful staff.

I ordered steak and a burger for take out, got home and it was raw. Not rare but raw. So unfortunately, I couldn’t send it back or call back to get a new one since they shortly closed after I picked up my order. I was disappointed but Glyn the General manager called me the next day to quickly make it right. I was shocked he called me, and took the situation as a learning experience to better his team. That was pretty honorable and I’ll be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious this chicken sandwich was. I ordered the bacon-cheddar grilled chicken sandwich along with loaded fries, and the combination of ranch and bacon was fantastic. The sandwich had a great smoky flavor and was quite filling. The fries were also substantial. The meal got even better when I asked for their hottest hot sauce, called Tennessee Hot. It was definitely spicy, and I loved it! I had a wonderful experience with the waitress, and the customer service was excellent. I should mention that there was a bit of a wait, even though there were only a couple of tables occupied, but it was definitely worth it in the end.

The food was tasty and enjoyable, although the service was a bit slow. However, the staff were extremely friendly.

This is a wonderful restaurant with excellent service. The chicken Alfredo I had on my last visit didn't match my expectations, but the burgers I've tried here have always been fantastic.
