I ordered online, and arrived at the store a few minutes later. The staff was finishing up the order as I walked in the door. They were very friendly, and the subs were perfect. The store itself was clean and tidy. The location is an easy stop from I-87. Highly recommend! View all feedback.
What Fred doesn't like about Subway:
Very slow getting my order, ordered online stated it would be ready ay 4:30. I walked in at the time for pick up, and the order wasn't ready. Instead of giving me a bag for my 2 footlong subs and a foot long cookie, he handed me the items separately, making it hard to carry. View all feedback.
Terrible experience last 3 visits. Unthawed veggie patties. Wrongly packed order. Extreme slow and sluggish. Among other issues.
So nothing against the two employees that were there, she did inform of a big online order. So the fact the amount of subs they had to make was alot.. so one couldn't take my order while the other worked on the online one? I wasn't about to wait for all those subs to be made. They could of had split then gone back to work on the online. Wasn't about to stand there and wait 10 mins.

I really don’t want to give them negative review but come on, the kid who were glasses and hat was making my sandwiches today 1/23/24 around 5:20 pm was sooo high I guess on lsd or mushroom, he was moving so weird and slow and every second he looks at the ingredients bar, me, the food and the walls in confusion, he look at the onion and if the don’t look certain way he starts cutting them with his hands, I ordered 3 sandwiches I kid you not he took at least 15-20 minutes to make I’m in no rush but really dude. You need to check the camera footage around 5:20pm and see what I’m talking about. Hopefully he gets the help he needs because bro got no business making people food and I’m sorry if that will cost him his job
I didn’t get his name, but the gentleman working called me to let me know my selection was delayed and offered me an alternative. In person, he was personable and very apologetic about the delay (which didn’t bother me one bit! I also noticed him helping a fellow coworker when a question was asked. Great customer service! Sandwich and cookie were also delicious.
