$11.50 for a coffee in a takeaway cup and brownie. The brownie was at least a day old and dry as the Sahara desert. I would’ve said something but the queue was large and I’m not one to make a scene. The WiFi is extremely slow and barely useable. Service took absolutely ages and the servers blatantly had their headphones on and did as little as possible to engage with their customers. Not great. I was very disappointed on the service received on May 6th by a young African American boy. I went to claim my birthday reward which was a latte. First he was changing me for the oat milk, second he was wearing head phones and the worst part was when the lid fell on the floor, he picked it up and put it on my cup, I was like WOW. This happened in front of my eyes I wonder what happens when customers aren't looking. Very unprofessional and disappointed. Oh and forgot to mention that when I told him to put a new lid, the dirty lid was put with the clean ones, then after probably realizing it was a dumb move, he removed it Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I came to stay with my family and I ordered the tea. They bring it in a cup and I like not take away cup. It was good I liked it thank you for the experience. The woman serving me was sweet. 5 star. I order chai tea it is not good like back home but it is ok they are different. Still tasty.
