The fat, black haired with glasses is a joke and should be terminated. I'll take her job! I should not be harassed and laughed by her for being a regular. The gal behind the counter was not very informative or friendly, and this was disappointing as I've never been there before. The sandwich I received for $12. was insulting. I won't be returning.

Ordered a grilled cheese for my son and this is what they gave us. The cheese is dry and cracked and the bread is clearly not toasted and cold. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog, let alone my child.
Normally I am really happy with this Panera but today we ordered on the mobile app for pickup around 6pm and my Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich barely had ANY chicken salad on it. Very disappointed.
