Clean restaurant stale food. Bread on my quarter pounder was hard and fries were also not fresh. The young lady who took my order gave me receipt and no change. She did however give me my change when I told her where was my 7 bucks.This McDonald's needs to train employees to be courteous and to always throw out stale food. Not an enjoyable visit. They always make you pull on the side for your food and almost always have one or two items missing. It's fine for a quick meal when traveling across the border though.
If you order a quick order here be prepared to wait longer than a sit down restaurant. I've come to this mcdonalds multiple times and they are the slowest place I've ever been to. I got parked in the drive-through for over 10 minutes waiting for a mcdouble, McChicken and a French fry. By the time I decided to go in for the food my milkshake was melted and they tried giving me a less than half full fry. They tried arguing when I wanted replacements. I get home to eat it and the spicy mcchicken ordered was a regular mcchicken and made wrong and was old and cold. Same as the fries. The mcdouble was hard and old. I don't see any reason to have parked for old food. What is the point of the drive through? This place is an absolute disgrace and the workers there are nothing short of absolutely useless.
Totally trashed. Garbage all over. No napkins, no clean soda tops. Customers in total disarray not sure where to stand. Over 40 minute wait. Staff hidden behind kitchen wall. Nobody out front or by cash
Super friendly staff, clean area and awesome breakfast sandwiches!
Non friendly environment especially for the employees. Managers not willing to compromise or listen to what employees have to say.
