St. Louis Bread Co. - Town and Country

We are unable to put into words how amazing this restaurant is. It holds a special place in the hearts of my entire group of friends. We have weathered all sorts of storms for their food. Thank you to the staff at Brot for their exceptional service to the community!

My experience at this drive-thru was typical, but I have to mention that the staff was extremely friendly. I believe her name was Jaden. I left with a few bowls of soup and a big smile on my face. Kudos to the customer service, it's top-notch!

I had the option of choosing between a tuna sandwich and broccoli-Cheddar soup. The bread on the tuna sandwich was stale and there was barely any tuna on it. My daughter didn't like it. Could having fewer items on the menu lead to better quality? Not a safe bet.

We had a job that was just about $100, and the first problem was that the system told us to wait an hour. I came an hour later, but no order. I waited 10 minutes, but still no order. I asked for my order and they had to print it out. Apparently, any order over $90 has to be printed on a printer when they remember printing it. then, when I remembered them, they commanded him, and when I came home, we found out that the command was wrong. that was a big mistake.

Every single time I walk to this location I am treated with the best customer service! Yesterday was a unique situation in which manager Leeann was able to help us accommodate a member that we coach next-door. We appreciate this location and enjoy being neighbors! Coach Heather, Profile STL
