This restaurant is one of the best on the property. The server was excellent, and I enjoyed a delightful wine along with solid food. The only downside was that the bar was closed, likely due to being understaffed, so we couldn't grab a drink while waiting for our table. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5.
My martini was absolutely perfect. The salads we ordered, the chopped and wedge varieties, were beautifully prepared, and my husband's slab of bacon was definitely the highlight of the evening. However, I have to say, our waitress, Juice, truly made the night memorable—she deserves a raise! If you're reading this, Sunset Steakhouse, please, please consider changing the music! When your guests are enjoying martinis and stuffed mushrooms, a little jazz in the background would be much more fitting. Honestly, every time a new song played (some strange mix of classic rock hits), it felt like another reason to roll my eyes and shrug my shoulders. Dining out should be a treat for all the senses! Overall, it was a lovely evening, and I highly recommend it!
We sampled the shrimp, and it was incredibly delicious. Our waitress was outstanding too. I highly recommend this restaurant!
