This is one of the top spots in London for soaking in the city views and the stunning River Thames. My recent visit here was a delight, especially the Rotisserie chicken we ordered—it was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I look forward to returning to this spot again soon. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life, and I come from Eastern Europe. The food was not worth the price, as it was nothing special and could easily be made at home. Unfortunately, this is not uncommon in London. However, what I cannot excuse is the manager's attitude. When my card payment didn't go through, I offered to go home and get cash to settle the bill.
