really happy to find this little veggie caffe in tours. the owners are very friendly and speak English well, which was a great help! they are also very much about allergenic and cross-contaminations that I felt in France as quite unusual, so as zöliakie this was great to find and I had a nice gluten-free meal here. I received very friendly service, but unfortunately I seem to have made the wrong choice with my order... I got the vegetarian burger which comes with fries, and it was not impressive—too much mustard that made it difficult to eat, and bland bread buns used. The veggie patty was okay. How is tahina not every night in jam? you eat is delicious, their owners are beautiful. we have been looking for a restaurant with vegan options. that is almost impossible in France! tahini had not only delicious vegan food, but many options to satisfy me and my non-vegan husband. we were started with a house special vouvray drink with pfirsichsirup. my man had ridden the impossible burger with good crispy. we shared the wobble rings that came with a dipping sauce (it is not everyday vegan getting wobble rings! . I ordered the evolution bowl that had a little of everything: hummus, taboo, babaganoush, falafel, chick’n nuggets, delicious roasted flower cauliflower and mushrooms with a balsamic drizzle, and another fresh salad. everything was amazing! our host hit the chocolate mousse on the table next to us and after we had seen them we ordered the same. it was not excessively sweet, rather chocolate and satisfying. here is my half eaten evolution bowl. it was so good that I really dug in! when tours, do not miss them stop from tahina!

Delicious veggie food with plenty of choice. Fairly intimate ambiance and well chosen decor.
Beautiful place, nice people, good food and wine. I strongly recommend it.
