Certainly not fresh (maybe from yesterday) and the soto soup was way too salty and the gyoza was tough. Service was good as was the presentation.

The sweet soy sauce strangely pale, even for kikkoman. The ramen egg with a shape reminiscent of vacuum packaging, strangely firm on the outside but runny and cold inside, no chiso but rather parsley, the dough correct but clearly industrial.
