Tourcoing, near the train station... we say bof. However, the restaurant is very well, both at the reception, the room where the quality of the dishes served!!!!!!!!!!The menu changes regularly, the beef was a slaughter and the pig cheek also! We even had the right to enjoy a farandole of desserts mixing desserts from the old map and those from the new one. a delight!!!!!Everything is excellent and really deserves 5 stars!!!The most is a private room on the floor allowing for a dinner or a private lunch for about 15, 20 guests. It's a beautiful address that's been offering for almost 50 years. Go ahead, you'll be seduced.
The best address on Tourcoing. Its ancient charm, warm welcome and the appealing menu makes it an affordable and quality gourmet restaurant. As soon as we arrive, we are seduced by the setting of the restaurant, and the natural professionalism of the chef de salle. On the kitchen side, menus offer all the flavours that explode at each bite and reveal the know-how and the pleasure of cooking staff. short to make her short, go!
The setting seems a little austere at the time of the contemporary restaurants, but a warm welcome immediately puts you in the tete that the moment will be pleasant. A relatively complete map, a map of the wines a bit of a front but filled by our waitress who present us a superb white of the languagedoc and in bonus makes us taste its fried pt, cooking and presentations of the dishes were very correct and a value for money well d the standard, I can only recommend this excellent table
As I was spending a couple of days in Tourcoing, I checked some reviews of restaurants in the town. I chose Le Plessey and made a reservation for Friday evening. When we got to the restaurant, I was somewhat surprised at the lack of diners (only 6 with us). I thought I had made a mistake. However we sat down and ordered an aperitif that came with amuse bouche, that were very tasty. I ordered for the starter a Foie Gras salad and for the main course a Fillet steak. Also as we wanted a light red wine, an Alsace red was recommended. The starter was excellent, the foie gras was infused with avocado and the salad contained asparagus, all of which was on a bed of toasted bread. The fillet steak was cooked to my requirements and was also very tender and delicious. The wine recommended was to our liking. All in all, with a lovely dessert to follow, the meal was fantastic. Highly recommended. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. I found out that the chef was a young lady, she really knew how to cook and present the food well. Hats off to her.
