beautiful completely vegan caffe in the central toulouse. simple, small and yet delicious brunch menu (from toast, hummus toast grilled cheese, all come with a great beside salad that makes it substantially.) cake, biscuits, cupcakes and takeaway paninis also sold. iced coffee was great, nice to start a day. do not expect the fast flash service. The plates are simple but very tasty, the desserts are excellent, all in a very comfortable atmosphere, than to ask for more.
Tartines are really good. The map is simple but effective.
