Cute little café loaded with vegan treats. I can't comment on the food as I only had eyes for sweets when I passed by. I asked what they had that was vegan and there were 10+ options! It was hard to choose but I settled on a delicious brookie a brownie/cookie. Friendly, helpful staff. When COVID time is over, I would definitely like to return to hang out inside and read, eat, drink.
They have one Superbowl option with a bunch of veggies on grains! They also had a baked sweet potato with some house sauce on the bowl! It was super tasty and I would definitely go back again! Kinda pricey though
The food served to us a week ago at Sovaga is the reason why so many people have a bad opinion of vegetarian food: bland/dry and overpriced. The space is bright and welcoming (kid friendly! and the service is friendly and attentive. Besides my daughters’ cookie I didn’t try their other desserts ... BUT our food was a total disappointment : ordered the sovabowl (my partner said it was very disappointing and a burger (dry and tasteless , my daughter took one bite of her cookie and left it (dry ; the portions were very small, especially considering the very expensive prices. I would have been very dissatisfied even at a much lower price point. Considering the great vegetarian restaurants in such close proximity, I can’t imagine them staying in business if they don’t change quickly. They were nice, and the space is pleasant, so it pains me to give them such a bad rating. I wish them the best.
Wonderfully tasty and light plant-based food and desserts. My girlfriend and I tried out their Bruschetta and Sovabowl for lunch and both were nicely balanced. Highly recommend if you are looking for a lighter meal in Toulouse.
