The resta... read more We were very tired and hungry but not looking for a full-on three course meal and as we were in Toulouse we were hoping for something a bit different. The restaurant is tiny but nicely presented and was pretty empty at 7.30 pm but we were warmly welcomed and service was friendly and prompt. The menu is mainly what they call "galettes" but are really like a flat bread type "wraps". You can have starters like hoummus etc or opt for a board (planche) where you choose your galette and you get the board first with 3 bowls of starters on then the galette turns up a few minutes later. There are loads of veggie options and all very well flavoured with garlic, coriander, lime etc - just what we were looking for. The wine in pichets was good, as was the coffee. It really started to fill up as we were leaving so I guess it's a good idea to get there early !

The "saj" is freshly made. The service is good. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended if you want to discover part of the Lebanese cuisine!
