The customer service has always been flawles... read more I live in a neighbouring area and I have been going to the Pub O'Clock very, very often since I moved to this town. The customer service has always been flawless and the atmosphere has been really nice. HOWEVER, today a member of the staff (a new one? I have seen him only a couple of times... has shown an unconscionable verbal aggressivenes towards me, for what seems to be a French mispronunciation when ordering my beer. It is unacceptable to treat the customers the way he did. I will avoid this pub from now on. As he said: there are many others bars in Toulouse.
