The coffee and cake is very good, staff very friendly, but everything is served in throw-away cups, also when you eat/drink there. This seems unnecessary waste.

Great place to sit outdoors and enjoy a sandwich. Just over a block off the Capitol Square, but in a good block without a lot of traffic or hubbub.
