my heart blow to Toulouse! inventive cooking, of season, generous, to the ratio quality extra price! in the plate is beautiful and delicious! We forget the basic and characterless decor and the tables erected without tablecloth or table set...A well-designed wine map and bread is very good. a young team motivated, passionate at the command of this address to undeniably discover! What Alexandria Coste doesn't like about Monsieur Marius:
The menu looked interesting but what we received on our plates was really bland and tasteless. Each course was lacking in flavour, taste and the fish we had was really cheap and not very fresh. The best thing was the taste of the wine but we were a bit shocked to be charged 5 euros per glass when in fact all we got was a tiny amount. Overpriced and pretty mediocre cooking. To start with I was extremely impressed by this restaurant. Starters were very good innovative and well balanced. However the beef for main course, although tasty, was very chewy as in chewing gum. The desserts were large, heavy and more "instagram friendly" than pleasant to eat. This trendy restaurant seems to run by the formula: Gourmet level starters followed by mediocre and more traditional main course and finally large overdone desserts to make sure their guests don't leave hungry. That is probably economical and it might work for many, but I feel let down by the steady decline in quality throughout the menu. I advise to order all their starters and avoid the rest. The service was very kind and pleasant and the atmosphere was cosy and unpretentious.
Small restaurant in a almost exclusively pedestrian street. eating on the terrace is totally possible noise level. the reduced card smells good fresh product, the flavors offered reflect a beautiful creativity. baba to the rum to fall, quality wine map. advising the eyes closed.
We went to this establishment last night following the site reviews and the mouth in ears. The decoration of the room is sober and chichis-free. The 3-stroke formula (to which one can add) to 32€ is of excellent quality price ratio. the plates are super pleasant to look and even more to taste. The products are fresh and well cooked. the entries are fresh and gouty. In flat, the pintade, girolles and parmesan is to fall. The pintade is mellow and the girolles (many) cooked as it is necessary to remove their light bitterness. Finally the iconic dessert of the house, the rum baba with a magnificent presentation. The service and the reception are pleasant and thoughtful. Only small flat to my taste, the price of the wines is on average quite high, even if there are some bottles around 20-25€.
