I went to Le troquet together with some friends in July 2017. We were a quite large group and the waiter had trouble finding us a table. He seemed a bit stressed and was a little rude, but in the end we could combine two large tables and sit together. The food was nothing special, I had a piece of beef (Entrecote, if I remember correctly), which was overcooked and dry. Some of my friends chose Burgers, which weren't better: The patties seemed cheap, mass-produced and appeared to have been cooked in the microwave. In retrospect, the food was too expensive for what we got. Service was ok, but could have been a bit faster and slightly more friendly. Maybe they had a bad day, just check it out for yourself.

I don't think that pata negra 6 months ago my husband had the same ham on his board and this one was not advertised as pata negra.I would have greatly preferred and accept that I was warned at the time of the order.
For the first time we spent a party with friends who knew this new establishment. The reception was excellent despite the drunk air of one of the servers. The map is designed as tapas and the planchas are very good and copyy. Respectfully we took Italian salads, a "300 grs" rib and a beef carpaccio, everything was perfect. I therefore advise this new sign that will make forget without difficulty " the troquet "
Attracted by the slate proposals and the situation of this establishment (City Centre) we were very disappointed. Then a hamburger, a frozen onion and parmesan way on the slate, becomes a spitted burger with cheddar salad and gruyère râpé and potato with half-grown oil. an Italian antipasti salad and Italian charcuterie is in the plate a poor green salad with 4 vegetables with oil and the magnificent metro salami (very famous in italia of course!). Let's go on waiting for a noon service. To avoid and advise the passing people, it would be a shame to keep this memory of the institutions of toulouse.
