This caviste was recommended to us by people who live here. So we were getting there and it's full of wines none of which we ever saw. The very unassuming shop owner recommended some bottles, we bought 12, most of them in the 25 euro range, and every single one of them was fantastic. The menu seemed completely gluten-free; the food is fresh and excellent; Tomato cheese fish meat vegetables etc. We are very sensitive, but no discomfort. The wines are excellent, and you can also leave with the best organic wines imaginable shop)
Just the best wine cellar in Toulouse. You have to eat!
