Le Chai Saint Sauveur - Toulouse

Three of us had the menu de jour. All had different meals and all were excellent. Delightful ambiance, good service, but the food excelled. Good price too!

Toulouse has many restaurants, and we've tried a few, but none compare to this one. Set back on a small road between the canal and the rail line, this little gem is my favourite not only in Toulouse, but maybe in France. Three perfect courses for 17 euros. Fabulous!

This is not a restaurant that you will stumble upon as it is hidden back a street from the canal in Toulouse, but we fortuntely have a friend who lives within 2 mins walk so we have been here a couple of times now. Food really delicious and copious with very pleasant service too and the owner told us this time that he has permission to take over the outside space in the middle of the little square so the ambiance will just get better too.

We spent an excellent culinary moment at the shai st savior. Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome of the boss to the digestive without forgetting the beef cheek perfectly cooked by a discreet but very talented chef. We have enjoyed it and will be back with pleasure.

A very nice discovery! The service is dynamic, pleasant and very professional. A real heartburn for the atmosphere and for the reception. As for the meal, a 10/10. Discover new flavours, quality products, price quality ratio more than correct. Special mention for the gamba risotto and the beef parmentier truffle cream. We really enjoyed ourselves!
